A built-in stage for your band or DJ — no rental, no setup hassle. The portable bar and kegerator are already in the barn. Bring your bartender and your playlist; the hardware is handled.

Two private changing rooms — one for the bridal party, one for the groom's — so everyone gets ready with space, a mirror and their people around them. Plus a coat room for your guests.

Three Sisters Barn doesn't supply catering — it supplies the kitchen for yours. Bring in whoever makes your favorite food: a local Iowa caterer, a family friend who cooks, your favorite restaurant. The prep kitchen is fully equipped to handle it.
The Rental Model
Friday
The barn is yours from Friday morning. Bring in your decorators, your florist, your family — set it up exactly the way you imagined it, at your own pace, without anyone watching the clock.
Saturday
Ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, dancing — your full day in the barn with every amenity already in place. Run it on your schedule, not ours.
Sunday
Sunday morning is yours. Gather with family, say the thank-yous, take down the florals without rushing. Then head home when you're ready — not when the clock says so.
